The Lounge
Thanks to the lovely townhouse style sash windows you enter Beresford 81 into a bright living space ideal for family size entertaining. There are two three seater sofas, coffee table, TV and electric fire. For your comfort there is Wifi in all rooms. Exiting the lounge you'll find the kitchen straight ahead and the stairs to the right beforehand.
The lounge is situated on the ground floor.
The Kitchen
Often the heart of any house! The kitchen at Beresford 81 is again a great space with the two large rear windows and door leading to the conservatory. It houses a large extendable family dining table, gas hob and oven, wine fridge, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and has all the usual small appliances you'd expect from your own home.
The kitchen is situated on the ground floor.
The Conservatory
Leading from the back of the kitchen is a little place to escape and enjoy a glass of wine and a good book. The conservatory has a mosaic table and chairs, sliding doors to the garden and you can always close the adjoining door to the kitchen if you need a little peace and quiet! In the summer open up the house and let the sea breeze in.
Take the party outside to the decking and enjoy the views of the Solent!
Family Bathroom
Situated in the middle of the house is a large family bathroom and there really is enough room in here for the whole family! A roll top bath takes centre stage with mixer taps and hand shower. In the right hand corner is a large shower enclosure which features both an overhead rain shower and a more traditional hand / wall fixed shower. To the left of the room is a large double width mirror with overhead lighting and oversized basin. There is fitted storage for you to make use of under the sink. There is also a children's loo seat to help stop those little bottoms from disappearing down the toilet! The toilet is situated just behind the door. All bath sheets, hand towels etc are provided for your convenience.
Master Bedroom - Double
The master bedroom can be found in the middle of the house opposite the family bathroom. The room features a double bed that is equipped with a 2000 pocket sprung pillow-top mattress. Dressed in high thread count cotton linens and anti-allergy bedding (duvet and pillows). There is overhead storage, full length hanging, a large chest of drawers and a dressing table with triple mirror. Lined full length curtains ensure a dark room for those brighter summer months, USB plug sockets, a desk fan and towel rails can also be found in this room.
Lastly there are splendid views from this room as it overlooks the garden and faces the Solent.
